  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

  • Electronic entry.
  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles, and exterior stairs to the property level.
  • Assigned Parking Labeled 1502 - Under Building.
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking Information

  • Always use your parking pass.
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; please use visitor parking for large vehicles (first come, first served).
  • There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Policies and Rules

  • No events allowed (including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities).
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to rent this unit.
  • Children allowed.
  • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, only owners are permitted to bring pets.
  • A valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund minus $300 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be provided in sealed packages and placed on the beds.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool closures may occur due to HOA, Health Department, or weather events (e.g., hurricanes). No refunds for pool closures.

What to Bring

  • Guests should bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, detergents, cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Other Critical Details

  • The Recreation Center pool is open year-round except on holidays or for scheduled/routine/emergency maintenance.
